Making Learning Stick Online Conference 2020 – February 20, 2020

Do you fight to make behavior change in the learning initiatives? One-and-done approaches fail, but one-on-one coaching after an event can really make the learning stick. It is not often sensible, as it is difficult to scale resources and time limitations, although ideal. Chatbots pose an opportunity that will help you deliver on and establish the learning outcomes your organization needs and needs.
In this session you’ll learn what is possible today with AI for information transfer. You will analyze client examples from using coaching chatbots in what has previously been an arena, as well as the lessons learned. In this session you’ll deepen your comprehension of the combination of data analytics and chatbots. You will learn the top five reasons chatbot jobs fail and how to avoid them.
