E-Learning vs. In-Person Teaching – Are we Losing our Period with this Question?


As a service provider of digital studying for soft abilities and leadership, we have been often asked: “Is e-learning really ideal for soft abilities?” Or something similar to “You don’t think e-understanding can replace face-to-face training?” But that’s not what we’d desire to talk about. Needless to say, as Josh Bersin for instance highlights in his article about leadership growth, developing soft skills which are personal and complicated, aren’t easily matched with traditional e-learning. But in all honesty, that’s not what we’d like to share with you. Obviously we realize why L&D professionals such as trainers and HR programmers are worried about this!
